Refund Policy

At Hype Ink S.L., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or refund under the terms detailed below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection laws.

  • To exercise this right, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used tattoo inks.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.

  • Items purchased on sale or under special promotions, unless defective.

3. Return Procedure

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
